When you book with SY Studios, you acknowledge our 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

A credit card is necessary to secure appointment, and a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply for No-Shows or last-minute changes/cancellations.

Please let us know 24 hours after service if there needs to be any adjustments made. We are more then happy to . Please understand refunds are not offered after services are completed, due to the fact time and product are of value.
